The turnkey guys who helped me acquire the property and manage it for years gave me a low ball offer, while Curt, whom I found through Biggerpockets got me a high market value price. More importantly, he was always quick to respond and was able to help me as an out-of-state investor use his contractors to go in, get an estimate and fix the property to make it marketable for sale. Some of the damages done by the previous tenant were not known to me. Curt went in with his guys, got it all fixed in a timely manner, keeping in mind of budget for maximum appeal.
