The turnkey guys who helped me acquire the property and manage it for years gave me a low ball offer, while Curt, whom I found through Biggerpockets got me a high market value price. More importantly, he was always quick to respond and was able to help me as an out-of-state investor use his contractors to go in, get an estimate and fix the property to make it marketable for sale.
